When you access the Time Tracking section, you’ll see a table containing your current and previous monthly timesheets. Each timesheet has a status that shows where it is in the submission and approval process.
Draft
A Draft timesheet means:
Your timesheet is still being edited
It is only visible to you
It has not yet been submitted for approval
You are responsible for reviewing, completing, and submitting your draft timesheets before any applicable deadlines.
A timesheet may also return to Draft status if you recall it after submission.
Pending
A Pending timesheet means:
Your timesheet has been submitted successfully
It is waiting for review and approval from your employer or manager
While your timesheet is in Pending status, you can still use the Recall option to move it back to Draft status and make changes if needed.
Approved
An Approved timesheet means:
Your timesheet has been reviewed and approved
No further action is required unless multiple submissions are allowed
The approval flow depends on your configured submission type.
Single Submission
You can submit your timesheet only once per month
Once approved, no additional submissions can be made for that month
Multiple Submissions
You can submit timesheets multiple times during the same month
Each approval may cover a different range of working days
Rejected
A Rejected timesheet means:
Your submission was reviewed but not approved
Changes or corrections are required before it can be approved
When a timesheet is rejected, you can:
Review the requested changes
Edit your worked hours
Re-submit the timesheet for approval
Make sure your updated submission matches your agreed working schedule and recorded hours before submitting again.
