    • Draft

    • Rejected

Non Standard Workweeks and Rest Days

If your work schedule does not follow a standard Monday to Friday workweek, you can configure your regular rest days.

How to Set Rest Days

Click + Rest Day and select your regular non working days.

Your selected rest days should match:

  • Your employment agreement

  • Your approved work schedule

Example:
If your contract states you work Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday should normally be selected as rest days.

If your contract does not specify workdays, follow the schedule provided by your manager.

Important Notes About Rest Days

Rest days are different from:

  • Annual leave

  • Public holidays

  • Sick leave

Incorrect rest day selections may delay payroll processing or timesheet approvals.
