The Recall action allows you to move a submitted timesheet back to Draft status so you can make changes before it is reviewed or approved.
You can only recall a timesheet when its status is Pending.
How to Recall a Timesheet
Open the Time Tracking section.
Click on the timesheet you want to update.
In the top-right corner, click Recall.
Once recalled, the timesheet status changes from Pending to Draft.
What You Can Edit After Recall
What you can modify depends on your configured submission type.
Single Submission Mode
If your timesheet uses Single Submission mode:
You can edit all timesheet entries after recalling it
All days in the timesheet remain editable while it is in Draft status
Multiple Submission Mode
If your timesheet uses Multiple Submission mode:
You can only edit days that have not yet been approved
Days marked with an Approved badge can no longer be modified
This allows you to continue submitting new working periods while keeping previously approved entries locked.
Important Notes
Recall is only available while the timesheet is in Pending status.
Once a timesheet has been approved, approved entries cannot be recalled or edited.
After making your changes, you will need to submit the timesheet again for review.
