You can submit worked hours directly from the Time Tracking section in the Remote People platform.
Access Time Tracking
Open the Time Tracking menu from the left-side navigation panel.
The main Time Tracking page displays all previous timesheets and available monthly drafts.
To enter hours:
Select the row for the desired month, or
Click Add Hours in the top-right corner to open the current month’s timesheet.
Add Worked Hours
Enter your worked hours for each calendar day using the available fields.
Time Entry Format
The following fields must use the format:
AM/PM hh:mm
This applies to:
Start
End
Overtime Start
Overtime End
Example:
09:00 AM06:30 PM
Breaks and Lunch Format
Break and lunch fields must be entered as total durations.
Example:
01h 00m00h 30m
Add Multiple Entries for the Same Day
If you worked multiple shifts or schedules on the same day:
Click Add Entry below the existing row.
A new row will appear for the same calendar day.
To remove an additional entry, click the red X icon.
This feature is useful for split shifts or multiple working periods in one day.
Non-Working Days
To leave a day as a non-working day:
Remove all values from the fields for that date.
Empty rows are treated as non-working days.
Submit the Timesheet
After entering all hours:
Click Submit Hours.
A summary pop-up will appear showing the submitted values.
Review the information carefully.
Click Confirm to finalize the submission.
Once confirmed:
The timesheet status changes from Draft to Pending
The timesheet becomes available for employer or manager review
Timesheet Submission Types
Your employer may configure one of the following submission methods:
Single Submission
The timesheet can only be submitted once
Submission is typically completed at the end of the month
Multiple Submissions
Multiple submissions are allowed throughout the month
Additional submissions can only be made after the previous submission has been approved
The approval workflow remains the same for both submission types.
Important Notes
Approved holidays and leave requests may automatically appear in the timesheet.

Employer configuration
Timesheet entries should always align with the employee’s agreed working schedule and employment contract.
