Time Tracking is now available on the Remote People platform. This feature allows employees to record and submit the hours they work each month through a monthly timesheet.
A timesheet includes:
Employee name
Working dates for the selected month
Hours worked
Overtime hours
Breaks taken
Approved holidays and leave requests reflected automatically in the schedule
Depending on local regulations and client requirements, monthly timesheet submission may be mandatory for payroll and compliance purposes.
Employees can access Time Tracking from the left-side navigation menu. From there, they can:
View previously submitted timesheets
Create or update the current month’s timesheet
Add and edit worked hours before submission
Once a timesheet is submitted, it becomes available for the employer or manager to review. The reviewer can then approve or reject the submission if changes are needed.
To ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance, timesheet entries should always align with the employee’s employment contract and agreed working schedule.
