How to Access Time Tracking

The Time Tracking feature allows companies to track and manage the hours worked by employees each month.

Employees can submit monthly timesheets directly through the Remote People platform. Depending on the country and employment requirements, monthly timesheet submission may be legally required.

What Information Is Included in a Timesheet?

Each submitted timesheet may include:

  • Employee name

  • Dates within the selected month

  • Regular hours worked

  • Overtime hours

  • Breaks taken

  • Approved holidays or leave days

Accessing Time Tracking

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Time Tracking.

  2. You will be able to:

    • View timesheets pending your approval

    • View all submitted timesheets

    • Filter timesheets by employee or month

    • Review, approve, or reject submitted timesheets

Important

Approved timesheets may be used for payroll processing and compliance purposes. Please ensure all timesheets are reviewed accurately before approval.
