Timesheets are mandatory based on the laws of your country. If you are in a country that requires timesheet submissions, you must complete one every month or your employer needs to upload a timesheet file on your behalf.
In countries where timesheets are optional, your employer may decide whether you need to submit one or not, or even if you need to have access to the feature. This management will be done by your employer.
