This recommendation is based on both practical and compliance-related considerations.
What This Means for Clients
Clients should not provide a fixed office location for the EOR employee.
If in-person meetings or occasional access to client space is required, it should be limited and clearly documented as non-regular.
Remote People will document the employee's residential address as the primary work location.
