How does the process work?

1. Submit a request

Submit your IT request during onboarding or at any time to vas@remotepeople.com

Include:

  • Type and quantity of assets (e.g. laptops, monitors)

  • Delivery location(s)

2. Receive quote and invoice

Remote People will provide:

  • A detailed quote (including device specifications and logistics costs)

  • Availability of custom models (if requested)

An invoice is issued upon approval.

3. Payment confirmation

Procurement and logistics begin once payment is received.

4. Device preparation and delivery

Devices are configured and shipped globally.

  • Delivery timeline: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery confirmation is shared once completed

5. Device collection (offboarding)

For departing employees, submit a pickup request including:

  • Employee name and location

  • Device details

  • Preferred collection timeframe

Our logistics partners will retrieve and return or store the device securely.

6. Optional storage

Devices can be stored in secure, climate-controlled facilities.

  • Monthly storage fees apply
