Remote People provides end-to-end IT equipment support across 150+ countries, helping you equip and manage your remote employees.
Services include:
Procurement, delivery, and pickup of laptops, monitors, and accessories
Operating system and application installation ($100 per laptop)
Secure storage and hash extraction (starting from $50 per location)
Warranty and repair support
Estimated lead times:
APAC: 5–7 business days
EMEA: 7 business days
Americas: 7–10 business days
2. Car Leasing
You can arrange vehicle leasing for employees through Remote People using two flexible models:
Remote People–Sourced
Remote People manages vendor selection and the full lease lifecycle for you.
Client-Sourced
You select the vendor, and Remote People manages contracts and invoicing.
This service is available in 150+ countries and supports renewals, terminations, and replacements.
3. Office Leasing
Remote People can help you source and manage office spaces globally, including:
Coworking desks
Private offices
Meeting rooms
Support includes vendor coordination, lease negotiation, and invoicing.
You can choose between:
End-to-end sourcing by Remote People
Managing the vendor yourself while Remote People handles contracts and billing
4. Entity Incorporation
If you plan to establish a local legal entity, Remote People can support you with:
Company incorporation
Required compliance registrations
5. Background Verification (BGV)
Remote People offers background checks to support your global hiring process, including:
Right to Work verification
Criminal record checks
Education verification
