The Payroll Register is the core report for each payroll cycle, a full breakdown of gross earnings, deductions, taxes, and net pay for every employee included in that run.

Your payroll register is published once payroll has been processed and the Gross-to-Net (G2N) calculation is complete for that cycle. You'll receive an email notification as the account admin as soon as it's ready.

Go to the Reports module, where you can view and download your payroll register directly. You can filter by entity and cycle to find the specific register you're looking for.

For every employee in the cycle, the register shows their gross earnings, deductions, taxes, and final net pay, giving you the complete picture of what that payroll cycle cost and paid out.
