Yes, you can pause the onboarding process. Don't worry about losing your input!
While there is no "Save" button on the page, your details will be saved automatically when you click Continue and move to another section.
When you come back to the Onboarding list afterwards, you will see the onboarding under Draft Status. Check How to View and Manage my Onboardings
