Minimum Annual Leave Entitlements
Less Than 1 Year of Employment or Less Than 80% Attendance
Accrual Rate: Employees are entitled to a minimum of 1 day of annual leave per month.
More Than 1 Year of Employment and At Least 80% Attendance
Accrual Rate: Employees are entitled to a minimum of 15 days of annual leave per year.
Additional Leave: For every additional two years of employment, employees receive 1 extra dayof leave per year.
Example: After the 3rd year, employees receive 16 days/year; after the 6th year, 17 days/year.
Maximum Limit: The maximum number of annual leave days is 25 days per year.
Accrual of Annual Leave
First Year: Annual leave is pro-rated based on the number of months worked.
From Second Year: Employees are entitled to the full number of annual leave days as specified.
