Annual Leave Entitlements
Standard Leave: Employees are entitled to a minimum of 21 days of paid annual leave per year.
Extended Leave: Employees receive 30 days of paid annual leave per yearif they:
Have completed 10 years of employment in their overall career.
Are over the age of 50 years.
Usage Rules
Employees must take at least 6 continuous days of leave per year to ensure proper rest.
Leave must be planned and approved in coordination with the employer.
Leave Accrual
First Year: Leave is pro-rated during the first year of employment.
Eligibility: Employees are entitled to annual leave after 6 months of employment.
