Paid Leave
Maternity/Pregnancy Leave:
Eligibility: Available to pregnant women after 10 months of continuous employment.
Duration: Up to 90 days of paid maternity leave.
Post-Birth Prohibition: A woman is prohibited from working for 45 days after childbirth.
Limit: Maternity leave can be taken a maximum of two times during the employee’s entire employment duration.
Pilgrim/Visiting Jerusalem Leave:
Eligibility: Available after 5 years of continuous employment.
Duration: Up to 1 month of paid leave for religious pilgrimage or visiting Jerusalem.
Limit: This leave can only be taken once during the employee's entire employment duration.
Unpaid Leave
Child Care Leave:
Eligibility: Available to employees needing time off to care for a child.
Duration: Up to 2 years of unpaid leave per instance.
Limit: Employees can take up to 2 instances of child care leave. If the company employs more than 50 employees, this limit is applied to ensure fairness across the workforce.
