At Remote People, we understand that career changes are a normal part of professional growth. If you decide to resign from your role, our goal is to ensure the process is handled smoothly, professionally, and in compliance with local labor laws.
While Remote People is your legal employer, your day to day work is managed by the client company.
For this reason, we strongly recommend discussing your resignation with your line manager before submitting it through the Remote People platform, or informing them at the same time you submit your resignation. This helps support a professional transition and allows both parties to coordinate the handover process.
Once your resignation is submitted, Remote People will automatically notify the client company and begin coordinating the offboarding process with you and the client.
