How can expense reports be approved?

1. Click on Expenses: Review what's on your pending list.


2. Click View: Click on a specific report to read the details and approve or reject and expense. ​

  • Approval: If all details align with your standards and everything is in order, simply click on "Approve" and then confirm your decision.

  • Rejection: If any aspect of the report doesn't meet expectations or seems out of place, you have the option to reject the report and provide a reason.

Can multiple expenses reports be approved in batch?

Yes, you can approve multiple expense reports by simply selecting the reports you'd like to approve, then click the "Approve" button at the top of the page to complete the batch approval.
