1. Click on Tools, then navigate to the Cost Simulator feature.
2. Select the Country for your prospective employee. Insert their their pre-tax Annual Gross Income which is automatically set as per the local country's currency. The billing currency will give you the ability to compare with your preferred currency of choice i.e. the US Dollar.
3. Click Simulate
