Currently, local employment and tax regulations in Peru present legal and administrative barriers that prevent Remote People from supporting ESOP issuance through our employment structure. These plans often involve complex cross-border tax, securities, and labor considerations that cannot be managed within the scope of our Employer of Record (EOR) service in Peru.
