Remote People includes a probation period in employment contracts in accordance with Cypriot labor law.

The probation period can be up to 26 weeks (6 months).

The probation period must be proportionate to the contract length, but may not exceed 6 months.

All probation terms are clearly outlined in the employment agreement provided to the employee.
