Keeping your bank details up-to-date is crucial for ensuring that your payments are processed correctly.
Follow these 4 simple steps to update your bank information:
1. Login to Your Account
Enter your account credentials on the login page.
Click the “Login” button to access your account.
2. Navigate to "MyProfile"
Once logged in, locate the side menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on the “My Profile” option.
3. Access the Personal Tab
In the “My Profile” section, switch to the “Personal” tab.
Scroll down until you reach the “Bank” section.
4. Edit your Bank Details
Click on the “Edit” button in the “Bank” section.
Enter your new bank details accurately
Double-check the information you have entered to ensure it is correct.
Click “Save” to update your bank details.
Make sure that the information you provide is 100% accurate. Your bank details are critical for processing payments.
Bank details can be changed at all times directly on the platform but it is critical to keep the cut-off time periods in mind. Changes need to be made by the 15th of the month to be reflected in the same months payroll in all countries with a monthly payroll.
Please note, in countries with a bi-weekly payroll, the changed bank details will be reflected at the end of the months payroll.
