How can I change my bank account on the Remote People platform?

Keeping your bank details up-to-date is crucial for ensuring that your payments are processed correctly.

Follow these 4 simple steps to update your bank information:

1. Login to Your Account

  • Enter your account credentials on the login page.

  • Click the “Login” button to access your account.

2. Navigate to "MyProfile"

  • Once logged in, locate the side menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Click on the “My Profile” option.

​3. Access the Personal Tab

  • In the “My Profile” section, switch to the “Personal” tab.

  • Scroll down until you reach the “Bank” section.

4. Edit your Bank Details

  • Click on the “Edit” button in the “Bank” section.

  • Enter your new bank details accurately

  • Double-check the information you have entered to ensure it is correct.

  • Click “Save” to update your bank details.


Make sure that the information you provide is 100% accurate. Your bank details are critical for processing payments.

Bank details can be changed at all times directly on the platform but it is critical to keep the cut-off time periods in mind. Changes need to be made by the 15th of the month to be reflected in the same months payroll in all countries with a monthly payroll.

Please note, in countries with a bi-weekly payroll, the changed bank details will be reflected at the end of the months payroll.
