Our standard practice is to pay salaries in the local currency of the country of employment, typically to a local bank account, to meet legal, tax, and payroll compliance requirements.
If you'd like us to consider payment in a different currency or to a foreign account, we can review it case by case. There is no single universal rule across countries, and approvals depend on local regulations, payroll capabilities, and compliance risk.
