If you need access to your UK pension account details, follow the instructions below according to your pension provider.

Aviva Pension Account

  1. Member Pack

    • Your member pack, which contains your pension details, will be mailed to the home address you provided during onboarding. This information is confidential, and neither your employer nor any third party will have access to it.

  2. Access Your Account Online

    • Click on the 'Log In' button and select the appropriate option (e.g., MyAviva).

    • Follow the instructions to log in or register if you haven’t done so already.

  3. Contact Customer Service

    • If you experience difficulties accessing your account online or prefer to speak with someone, contact Aviva's customer service at 0800 145 573.

Nest Pension Account

  1. NEST ID

    • Your NEST ID can be found on the front page of your NEST member welcome letter, which is sent to the postal address you provided during enrollment.

  2. If You Don’t Know Your NEST ID

    • Call Nest on 0300 020 0090. They will verify your personal details and help you retrieve your account information.
