In Cyprus, employees working remotely are entitled to a mandatory work-from-home allowance. This allowance must be agreed upon in the Employment Agreement (EA) between the employee (EE) and the employer (ER).
As part of compliance and standardization, Remote People has set a standard work-from-home allowance of EUR 28 per month. This standard amount is applied unless otherwise specified in the Employment Agreement.
