Employees working a standard 5-day week are entitled to a minimum of 20 working days of annual leave per year. The full entitlement is granted after six continuous months of employment.
Annual leave can be accrued and carried over to the next year, and by agreement between employer and employee, unused leave may be carried over for up to two years.
