All surgeries must be pre-authorized in advance. If you plan to pay and claim for your surgery, please provide 3 business days' notice to Safetywing. Please provide two weeks' notice if you want Remote Health to pay your provider directly. You’ll need to fill out this form and submit a treatment plan, estimated costs, and medical notes from your provider.
